On Friday, Carlos Alcaraz won a fantastic match against Stefanos Tsitsipas in Barcelona to reach the semi-finals. Carlito now has a rather flattering 3-0 win-loss record against Stefanos Tsitsipas. After his match against the Greek player, Alcaraz explained why he used many drop shots against Stefanos.
“Tsitsipas is a tennis player who plays very well from the baseline and I would say that it may be difficult for him to go further forward than to the sides. I have a good drop shot, I think, and it is a resource that I use for that,” said Carlito.

Carlos Alcaraz will come up against the world no.25 Alex De Minaur in the semifinal on Sunday at 11:00 am on PISTA RAFA NADAL. In the past, they have never competed against each other up to now on the main tour.
