Stefanos Tsitsipas In Monte Carlo

Stefanos Tsitsipas defeated Diego Sebastian Schwartzman in the quarterfinals in Monte Carlo after winning an epic match. The Greek sensation was comfortably leading 6-2 5-2 before imploding and finding himself trailing on a 0-4 scoreline in the third set. That was the moment when Stefanos managed to bounce back gloriously and win the following 6 games and clinch an amazing match.

After the encounter, Stefanos explained what he had to do to win the match.

“There was a moment in the match where I felt what I was doing wasn’t working. He had a massive lead and momentum in what he was trying to do. I just tried to stay in the match as much as I could and that worked out very well. I wasn’t expecting much at that point being a double break down, so I relaxed at that point.”
