SOCK BRYAN win the US Open

Jack Sock and Mike Bryan are the men of the moment in doubles.

When Bob Bryan announced that he couldn’t team up anymore with his twin brother Mike because of a hip problem, everything was pointing to a sudden death of the “Legend of the Bryans.”

However, Jack Sock stepped in temporary to partner with Mike and they surprised the tennis world after winning Wimbledon and now the US Open.

The final at the Flushing Meadow was hugely one-sided with the Americans defeating Melo and Kubot 6-3 6-1.

This is Mike’s 18th slam in doubles (16 with Bob and 2 with Sock), while this is Jack’s 3rd major in men’s doubles.

That was a good pick for Mike!
