Aryna Sabalenka is rising faster and faster.

The 20-year-old had a fantastic run in North America after reaching the semifinal in Cincinnati and following her triumph in New Haven.

Apparently, the Belarussian is hungry for more and she reached the second week at the US Open after defeating Petra Kvitova in straight sets 7-5 6-1.

After the match, Aryna commented

“I’m just so happy with my game at the moment. Actually, before every match, I’m a little bit nervous. But when I come on the court, I see these people that support me, let’s say. I enjoy it. I enjoy the game. I didn’t have any pressure. Well, I’m just playing every point.”

Next vs. Osaka

Aryna will face another big hitter in the 4^th round.: Naomi Osaka. They have never played each other so far. This is going to be very interesting.
