According to the live rankings, Novak Djokovic can stay number 1 only if he outperforms Daniil Medvedev.

Novak won his opening match in Dubai and Daniil Medvedev conquered his first-round match in Acapulco on Tuesday in straight sets. As of now, Medvedev has 60 points more than Djokovic, 930 points more than Alexander Zverev and 2155 points over Stefanos Tsitsipas (who, as of now, has still to play his first match in Acapulco).
