Novak Djokovic is finally back to competitions in Dubai, where he defeated Lorenzo Musetti on Monday before clashing against Karen Khachanov. After his huge ordeal in Australia, Novak Djokovic was not sure about the reception in Dubai. However, he was quite pleased to notice that the local fans and some players were more than happy to see the world number 1 back to competitions.

Novak commented: “I haven’t seen too many players, but most of the players that I’ve seen have been positive and welcoming. It’s nice to see obviously. I can’t say that was the case in Australia, it was a little bit strange.”
