Jenson Brooksby and Lorenzo Musetti are among the most fascinating upcoming tennis players on the ATP tour. Unfortunately, this week, both had to withdraw from their ATP250 events with illness.

Jenson Brooksby was meant to play in Delray Beach after reaching the final in Dallas last week. However, he had to withdraw from the Tournament 2 released the following statement:

“Hi Everyone. Thank You for the support last week. I unfortunately just pulled out of @delraybeachopen due to a bad sinus infection which has been troubling me for the last few days. I hope to return next year to play in Delray Beach. All the best to the event and players competing U – JT”

Lorenzo Musetti was supposed to compete in Doha, but eventually he withdrew (there is some possibility he got infected by Covid).

This was Lorenzo’s message on social media:

“Hi guys, unfortunately, due to a fever I had to withdraw from Doha I’ll try my best to recover and be ready for next week in Dubai Baci”
