Emma Raducanu is eager to have a solid 2022 despite a false start during the Australian summer. Emma lost in the opening round of the year’s first tournament before crashing out in the Australian Open 2nd round. The US Open champion spent some time in Singapore after Australia before heading back to London.

 

Which tournaments will Raducanu play next?

Emma Raducanu will not play any tournament until the 21st of February when she will compete in Guadalajara. The nineteen-year-old will stay in Mexico because she is also on the entry list of the following event in Monterrey, which will take place the following week (28th of February). With the current entry lists, Emma will be the top seed in both tournaments in Mexico.

After Monterrey, Emma will head to Indian Wells to play the local WTA1000 event.

At the moment ranked no.13 (career-high), the Brit played her last match on the 20th of January when she surrendered to world no.72 Danka Kovinic 6-4 4-6 6-3 in the 2nd round in Australian Open (draw).
