Stefanos Tsitsipas is now a stable top5 player, but he has been struggling to win his first Grand Slam title. Stefanos has been coached by his father Apostolos since he started playing tennis. During a recent podcast, Apostolos explained what Stefanos is probably missing right now: smiling!

In one of the ATP Tennis Radio podcast episodes, Apostolos commented: “I think when he is smiling, it’s all perfect. You know, I would like him to smile more. Maybe this is the only thing.”

Stefanos Tsitsipas is about to play the ATP500 in Rotterdam, where he will be the seed number 1.

Now the world no.4, Stefanos played his last match on the 28^th of January when he capitulated to world no.2 Daniil Medvedev 7-6(5) 4-6 6-4 6-1 in the semifinal in Australian Open (draw).

Presently, during this year Tsitsipas has an overall 6-2 record. Stefanos Tsitsipas’s latest run at the Australian Open was the best achievement of his season.
