Roger is still the boss. Federer beats Kukushkin to even the score against Kazakhstan

Roger Federer is still in charge.

The Swiss no.2 (???) defeated Kukushkin in 3 easy sets to even out the score against Kazakhstan. In fact the big surprise was Wawrinka losing to world no. 64 Andrey Golubev.

Roger wasn’t very impressed by the overall score-line to comment “We’ve just got to start it all over again. That’s what I told Stan,

I’m confident for the weekend.  Doubles, it’s up in the air. You don’t quite know what’s going to happen, especially on this kind of a court. I think it’s an open doubles, with maybe a slight advantage for us, but that doesn’t mean much in tomorrow’s match.”

In the second say Roger and Stan are expected to play the doubles against Kazakhstan and then in the third day Wawrinka should play the first single against Kukushkin and than Roger may play the decider against Golubev (if needed).
