Alexander Zverev is one of the top 10 players in the world and that he had the luxury to play and defeat all the big3: Novak Djokovic, Roger Federer, and Rafael Nadal.
Zverev is particularly close to Novak Djokovic. During a recent interview with the Tennis Magazin, the German sensation explained why in his opinion, it’s Djokovic the so-called GOAT.
Sascha explained:
“I know a lot of tennis fans are more for Roger or Rafa, but you can’t argue against the statistics.
Novak has won the most Grand Slams with Roger and Rafa. He’s been number one in the world for most weeks and has finished number one most years, Novak has won most of the Masters titles and a lot more.”
Novak Djokovic in 2021
Currently ranked no.1, Djokovic played his last match on the 3rd of December when he beat world no.30 Marin Cilic 6-4 6-2 in the Rubber 2 of the Davis Cup (draw).

Currently, during this season Nadal has a 24-5 match record. Nadal conquered 2 titles in 2021 in Barcelona and in Rome.
Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal played each other 40 times. The head to head is 24-16 for Nadal. Previously, the last time when they locked horns, Roger Federer won 7-6(3) 1-6 6-3 6-4 in the semifinal in London (Wimbledon) in July 2019.
