Emma Raducanu After Winning The Us Open

Emma Raducanu wins the prestigious Sunday Times Sportswoman of the Year award following her fantastic US Open title. The British teenager is also in pole position to conquer the coveted BBC Sports Personality award of the year.

Emma already attracted the attention of her compatriots after she reached the second week in Wimbledon this year, taking full advantage of a wild card received for the main draw. Raducanu was not so lucky at the following major since the US Open did not concede her any wild card. Therefore, Emma went through the tough way, winning 10 consecutive matches starting from the qualifications.
