Klara Zakopalova and Garbine Muguruza will play for the title in Brazil
This is Klara’s second back to back final in Brasil after Rio de Janeiro. The Czech defeated seed no.1 Suarez-Navarro 6-3 3-6 6-2.
Garbine Muguruza had much less trouble to dismiss world no. 79 Yaroslava Shvedova 6-2 6-3.
Zakopalova and Muguruza have already played twice. Head to head is 1-1. Last time that they played was in this year final in Hobart (Muguruza won 6-4 6-0).
