Stefanos Tsitsipas is not enjoying a great period, especially after he had to withdraw from the ATP1000 in Paris because of an elbow injury. As reported by Bild, during a recent interview, the Greek sensation talked about the current state of tennis.
Stefanos Tsitsipas stressed that as of now, there is only one top player: Novak Djokovic. Anyway, the Greek said that even if the Serbian legend is still the man to beat, Daniil Medvedev, Alexander Zverev, and him are just behind.
“Currently, there is only a Big One: Novak Djokovic. He is still the best in the world. But Daniil Medvedev, Alexander Zverev and I are right behind him,” said Tsitsipas.
Then, Stefano said that he believed that Medvedev, Zverev, and he would be the new Big3: “We can become the next Big3, I strongly believe in it,” he added.
