Jannik Sinner lost are a heartbreaking match in the semi-finals in Vienna after he was leading 6-3 5-2 against Frances Tiafoe. Then, the Italian sensation managed to win only 2 of the following 13 games before losing 3-6 7-5 6-2.
Jannik Sinner did not hide that he was upset after losing because Frances Tiafoe did not behave nicely, according to the twenty-year-old. Indeed, Tiafoe loves putting a show for the crowd, but this time he went too far for Jannik,
Jannik commented:
“In my opinion Tiafoe, he exaggerated today; he did too much. One thing is when you do the show. The other is when there is no more respect. I don’t know what happened, but today I think it went a little further.”
Even if Jannik was quite disappointed with the match’s outcome, he can still be happy that he will break in the top 10 on Monday and be in a good position to qualify for the ATP finals in Turin.
