Leylah Annie Fernandez had a couple of successful but taxing months recently. The Canadian sensation was the runner-up at the US Open following an incredible run. 19-year-old reached the final in New York after winning 4 consecutive 3-setters against top players before losing to Emma Raducanu.
Later, Leylah also had a good tournament in Indian Wells, where she reached the fourth round. It’s not surprising that the young Canadian decided to take a nice break with her family in the Caribbean Island of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos.

Fernandez didn’t miss the opportunity to update her fans on social media posting some nice pictures and, of course, and an entertaining video of her having fun with her sister and father. Leylah has a special relationship with her dad, who is also her coach. He used to be a professional soccer player back in the days.
