Tomas Berdych and Marin Cilic are having the best start of the season of the career and one of them will get the title in Rotterdam.

Tomas has played a magnificent tournament in Rotterdam and he is now the favourite to grab the title. The semifinal was one way traffic with Tomas always in full control to win 55 points vs. Gulbis’ 39. Berdych “I was very pleased with the way I played and handled the game. At 2-1 in the second set, I was 40/0 up, but Ernests went full power and played some really great tennis. He got a break point, but I managed to save it with an ace. It was a special game.”

 

Cilic

Marin Cilic got his second back to back final. The Croat is playing a magnificent tennis this week to dismiss two top 10 players (Tsonga

and Murray). Marin struggled only in the semifinal against a very good Sijsling. The Dutch won the opening set 7-5 to pose a great threat for Cilic that has eventually found his best tennis to win the next 2 sets. See match stats
