Emma Raducanu seems to have finally found a new coach. The US Open champion was spotted training with Esteban Carril, who is Johanna Konta’s former coach. Emma made it public that she was looking for a coach with good experience at the WTA level. Esteban seems to be a great fit because he has already coached a top British player and he was instrumental for Johanna to break in the top 10.
Emma Raducanu decided not to compete in Moscow, where she was supposed to play this week. Instead, she has been spending some time with her new coach on the practice court.
The 18-year-old posted a couple of videos on Instagram of her hitting the ball pretty hard from the baseline and fine-tuning her skills at the net.

Now ranked no.24, Emma played her last match on the 8th of October when she surrendered to world no.84 Aliaksandra Sasnovich 6-2 6-4 in the 2nd round in Indian Wells (draw).
Currently, during this season Emma has an overall 23-7 record. Emma clinched 1 title at the US Open. Emma got to the final in Chicago.
