Naomi Osaka and Serena Williams didn’t really shine at the recent US Open, but they are still some of the most popular tennis players in the world. Naomi Osaka lost in the 3rd round of the American slam while Serena was not able to participate because she was still struggling with a leg injury.

Nevertheless, Naomi Osaka and Serena Williams could not miss the prestigious Met Gala (short for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute Gala). The ticket is prized a more than $30,000 each but is quite plausible that both Naomi and Serena didn’t pay anything because they were probably invited by the brands.
Naomi showed up with her boyfriend Cordae, a popular American rapper, while Serena was in the company of her husband and Reddit founder Alexis Ohanian.
