Milos Raonic is not enjoying a fantastic moment of his career. However, the former world no.3 is still one of the most respected personalities in tennis.

During a recent interview with Rolling Stones, the Canadian champion expressed his displeasure for the lack of reaction of the ATP and the governing body after Zverev was accused of domestic violence by his former girlfriend, Olya Sharypova.

Indeed, it’s important to stress that the accusations are unproven and Zverev has always strongly denied any wrongdoing.

Raonic commented: “I’m embarrassed and disappointed in the ATP and the other governing bodies’ response to this situation.”

Eventually, the ATP commissioned an independent report on how to deal with these issues. For some, that was not enough.
