Emma Raducanu beats Mayar Sherif 6-1 6-4 to qualify for the US Open main draw in New York on Friday after playing a great match. Emma was always in full control of the match even if she was temporarily broken in the 6th game of the 2nd set.

After the match, the British sensation posted the following message thanking also her physio:

“mechanic @willherbert1 keeping me running ⚙️into the main draw!! #elbow.”

It is still unknown who will be Emma’s opponent in the main draw. Nevertheless, she will be a very dangerous floater in themain draw.
