On Wednesday, Jannik Sinner, Denis Shapovalov, Felix Auger Aliassime, and Andrey Rublev will play their opening match at the ATP1000 in Toronto.

Jannik Sinner has just won his third career title in Washington and he is most probably one of the favorite players to conquer this event in Canada. Jannik will clash against James Duckworth.

Denis Shapovalov will try to have another good run in his home tournament in Canada after he reached the semi-final 4 years ago. Denis has a tough task ahead in his opening match since he will face his dear friend Frances Tiafoe who is always dangerous.

Felix Auger Aliassime is also a home favorite and he will try to have a deep run in Canada. Felix is not having a fantastic season even if he has started an interesting partnership with Rafa Nadal’s uncle Toni. Felix won only 1 of his last 4 matches. He will play against Dusan Lajovic.

Andrey Rublev is definitely one of the players to watch in Canada. The Russian has won one title this year in Rotterdam and he is well known to have the weapons to beat everyone on tour. Andrey Rublev will face Fabio Fognini in his opening match.
