Stefanos Tsitsipas is having an excellent in 2021 after winning the ATP1000 in Monte Carlo and the ATP250 in Lyon. Stefanos is taking a little break from competitions. He will be back on the ATP Tour only at the Rogers Cup in Toronto. His main target will be to win the US Open and tennis legend Martina Navratilova thinks that he is the favorite after Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic.
“The obvious answer would be Medvedev since he’s ranked second. Still, I would go with Tsitsipas. I believe his game is more complete, and I think he has the tools. We will see,” commented Martina.

At the moment ranked no.4 (career-high), Stefanos played his last match on the 28th of July when he surrendered to world no.28 Ugo Humbert 2-6 7-6(4) 6-2 in the 3rd round in Tokyo (draw).
Presently, during this year Stefanos has managed to achieve a compiled 42-12 match record. The Greek has won 2 titles in 2021 in Monte-Carlo and in Lyon. The Greek got to the final in Acapulco, in Barcelona and at the French Open.

Until now, during this year the Serbian has a 38-5 win-loss record. The Serbian conquered 4 titles in 2021 at the Australian Open, in Belgrade, at the French Open and in Wimbledon. The Serbian was the runner-up in Rome.
