Paula Badosa Gibert and Marta Kostyuk are finding some time to relax before starting their campaign in North America. Paula was in great form at the recent Olympics, but the heat stopped her, and she had to retire when playing against Marketa Vondrousova.

Marta did not play in the Olympic Games, but she spent a considerable amount of time fine-tuning her fitness.

Both Paula and Marta will not play next week. Badosa will compete the week after on the occasion of the Rogers Cup that will be staged in Montreal. Marta will skip the Rogers Cup and Cincinnati. She will play only 2 back-to-back tournaments in Chicago before the US Open.
