The world no.1 during a recent appearance in Buenos Aires said “Argentina might win the Davis Cup if Del Potro takes the decision of leading the team.
“It is true that Argentina failed to win the tournament with two outstanding players like Nalbandian and Del Potro but they hardly ever played together. However, with Nalbandian retired, Del Potro must lead the team and, I am sure that the other players will follow him. If he is not in the team, the possibilities become smaller,” he added.
