Emma Raducanu had an inspiring run at the recent Wimbledon when she reached the second week without losing a single set on the way. Unfortunately, Emma had to retire in the 4th round because she was struggling to breathe. Nevertheless, Emma conquered numerous fans with her tennis and sparkling personality.
Emma won the prestigious Oppo Wimbledon Breakthrough Award following her fortnight “beating” the likes of Liudmila Samsonova, Sebastian Korda, and Felix Auger Aliassime.
The young Brit was honored by the award to publish the following message on Twitter.

Emma Raducanu in 2021
Currently the world no.179 (career-high), the Brit played her last match on the 5th of July when she had to retire when playing against world no.51 Ajla Tomljanovic in the 4th round and the scoreline was 6-4 3-0 .
During this season the Brit has managed to achieve a compiled 5-3 win-loss record.
Liudmila Samsonova in 2021
Now ranked no.55 (career-high), Ludmilla played her last match on the 5th of July when she surrendered to world no.7 Karolina Pliskova 6-2 6-3 in the 4th round in Wimbledon (draw).

Sebastian Korda in 2021
Now ranked no.46 (career-high), the American played his last match on the 5th of July when he lost to world no.25 Karen Khachanov 3-6 6-4 6-3 5-7 10-8 in the 4th round in Wimbledon (draw).
Currently, during this year Korda has a 26-12 record. The American has won 2 titles in 2021 in the Quimper Challenger and in Parma. Korda was the runner-up in Delray Beach.
Felix Auger Aliassime in 2021
Now the world no.15 (career-high), Auger-Aliassime played his last match on the 7th of July when he was defeated by world no.8 Matteo Berrettini 6-3 5-7 7-5 6-3 in the quarter in Wimbledon (draw).
Until now, during this year Felix has a 24-14 match record. Felix Auger Aliassime’s most significant result of the current year was getting to the final in Melbourne and Stuttgart.
