Djokovic has now the opportunity to win the calendar slam. IN the on-court interview that followed his amazing win, he commented:

“I could definitely envisage that happening (year slam) and I hope I will give it a shot. I’m in great form and played well and having my best form at Grand Slams is my number one priority.”

Novak added £ 800,000 to his prize money after winning this final. He has earned £ 1,700,000 in total after conquering this tournament.
