Tsonga is definitely not at the top of his form to reach the semifinal playing a couple of 3 setters and to crash out in the final 4 against world no.63 Robin Haase.

The match ended after 1 hour and 33 minutes with Haase scoring 84 points vs. Tsonga’s 75. Match Stats.

An unhappy Tsonga commented “I’m not in the best of shape and it showed out there. I had my chances but he was too good. I just have to keep fighting and trying to win matches.”

Haas – Rosol 3-6 6-4 7-6 (0)

This was a tricky match for the German. Tommy lost the first set to Rosol as he was broken in the 4th game and he wasn’t able to break back. In the second set Haas broke Rosol at the very last game to win 6-4. Getting to the decider the match went straight to the tiebreak that Tommy Haas won at 0! Match Stats.

“It’s a pretty cool feeling. A long time ago I was watching this tournament on TV. I played here for the first time back in 1997, played the final here for the first time in 2000 and won it in 2001. Being back in the final in 2013 is obviously a great feeling.” Commented Haas

This will be the first time that Tommy and Robin play each other. The German is the clear favourite for the title.
