Murray may not play the Australian Open

The Wimbledon Champion is missing the last part of the season as he underwent a surgical operation to his back.

Fortunately the operation went well, but there are some doubts about his recovery time.

The world no.4 is doing everything he can for the rehab from swimming to bike, but some doubts are clouding his mind.

Murray: The rehab process is pretty tedious and long

So, when the Scot has been asked about his presence at the first slam he replied “I hope so, but I’m not going to come back unless I’m 100% fit. I’ve got a long way to go yet,”

“I’ve been in the swimming pool and on the bike a little bit but it’s still going to be four or five weeks until I’m back on the tennis court hitting some balls.

The rehab process is pretty tedious and long and I don’t want to come back too soon and have to start that process all over again. I’ll only come back when I’m 100% fit and I hope that’s at the beginning of the year.”

Well… we just need to wait for it. One thing is sure; when he is going to be back he will be very hungry.
