It seems to be quite fashionable nowadays to thanks fans from the hospital after an operation.
Few weeks ago it was time for David Goffin to say thanks to everybody after an operation to his wrist, now it’s time for Andy.
The world no.3 looks rather happy to have posted on Facebook and Twitter a “thumb up” picture saying “Thanks for all the well wishes, means a lot to me…”.
It is still unclear how long it will take for Andy to recover from the operation that is supposed to fix his problems to his lower back.
The world no.3 is not really expected to make it for the end of the season to be definitely ready for 2014. Interesting enough, David Ferrer has a shot to end the season as world no.3!
