Stefanos Tsitsipas won the first round against Jeremy Chardy at the French Open. The Frenchman has been a tough hurdle, especially in the first set for the 22-year-old. Later, Stefanos Tsitsipas had to deal with a quirky situation during the following press conference when the journalists seemed to be unable to ask anything to the world number 5.
Stefanos reacted extremely graciously with one of his trademark smiles to say to take it easy since he knows that they have been asking a lot of questions in the last few days. Then, Tsitsipas left the room for a few minutes to come back when the journalists regrouped.
The nice part of it was that Stefanos didn’t make any drama which is great especially during these days when Naomi Osaka’s media boycott has been grabbing the headlines.
