Gulbis: I am happy with my form

The interesting part is that Ernests wasn’t so sure about his form at the beginning of the tournament to comment “I’m happy with my form this week. I arrived here late from Davis Cup and to be honest I was quite tired when I got here. So I’ve tried to win my matches quickly and to lose as little energy as possible along the way.

“I’ve had to adapt my game a little bit to the surface, maybe playing more defensive than normal. It’s going OK, so let’s see what happens tomorrow in the final.”

The final vs. Garcia-Lopez
Ernests will play world no. 74 Guillermo Garcia-Lopez that has dismantled Joao Sousa 6-1 6-1. Head to head is 1-1, but Gulbis is the favourite…but Gulbis.. is Gulbis!
