Cori Gauff is finally in Madrid, where she is about to start the European clay-court season. The American sensation played in Charlestown at the beginning of the month, but she struggled with injury. Eventually, she took a couple of weeks off to recover and she is now in Madrid, where she will try to have a good run at the local tournament. It’s worth noticing that the young American has never played in this tournament in Madrid so far.
Coco posted a nice video of her grinding on clay court. She looks ready to go.
