These are the five tournaments that Roger Federer will play in the following months

Roger Federer will be back to competitions in May, chasing his very last hoorah. The Swiss sensation has been sidelined by two operations to his right knee for more than one year. He tried to stage a comeback in March in Doha, but it was pretty clear that he wasn’t prepared.

Roger announced today that he will play only one tournament on clay before the French Open. Later he will compete in Halle and Wimbledon on grass. Roger will defend the colors of Switzerland at the upcoming Olympic Games in Tokyo.

So, here are Roger’s upcoming tournaments.

  1. May 17- Geneva
  2. May 30- Roland Garros
  3. June 14- Halle
  4. June 28- Wimbledon
  5. July 24- Olympics

Federer announced that his plan to play in Geneva with the following message owner Twitter:

“Hi everyone! Happy to let you know that I will play Geneva and Paris. Until then I will use the time to train. Can’t wait to play in Switzerland again.”

Currently the world no.8, Roger played his last match on the 11th of March when he surrendered to world no.36 Nikoloz Basilashvili 3-6 6-1 7-5 in the quarter in Doha (draw).
