Naomi Osaka has a very strong bond with her sister Mary and they decided to do an interesting project together. Mary used to be a professional tennis player like Naomi, but that she didn’t manage to achieve the same greatness as her sister on court. Therefore, she took the decision to dedicate her life to other projects.
As per Naomi’s words, they chose to enter the world of art via NFTs and they started to auction their nice pieces of art.
This was Naomi’s statement
“As lovers, creators, and curators of art since we were young, Mari and I are very excited to formally enter the world of art through NFTs. We wanted to do something a little bit different and more personal, so I asked my sister to create these pieces with me to offer something unique and special to fans and collectors from around the world. We’ve partnered up again with @Basic.Space to share our work while significantly reducing the carbon footprint of NFTs by building on the Flow blockchain. The auction is open now. Visit the link in my bio for more!”
