Jannik Sinner explains what happened during his match against Novak Djokovic. This is also his upcoming schedule before the French Open

Jannik Sinner

Jannik Sinner had quite an interesting match against the world the number 1 Novak Djokovic in the second round in Monte Carlo. Eventually, Jannik lost 6-4 6-2, but the Italian sensation wasn’t so disappointed for the overall outcome.

After the match, Jannik Sinner explained what happened during the encounter:

I think what I missed was maybe one game each set I played a little bit, not in the right way, which in the first set was 2-1, in the second set it was 4-2 when he was serving. When he went 5-2, I didn’t play well that game. But I think the rest was not a bad match from my side. At some point, especially in the second set, the level was very high.
