At the moment ranked no.84, Marta played her last match on the 24th of March when she lost to world no.114 Tsvetana Pironkova 7-6(4) 3-6 6-3 in the 1st round in Miami (draw).
This year Kostyuk has achieved a 5-4 win-loss record. Marta Kostyuk’s most significant accomplishment of the current season was getting to the semifinal in Abu Dhabi.
