Alexander Zverev will start his campaign at the ATP 1000 in Monte Carlo on Wednesday against Lorenzo Sonego. The German sensation didn’t attract too much attention the last few days despite the fact that he has recently won the title at the ATP 500 in Acapulco.

Currently ranked no.28 (career-high), Sonego has a 11-7 record in 2021. Sonego is participating in Carlo Rolex Masters where he ousted Marton Fucsovics 6-3 6-4.
Lorenzo Sonego will fight against the world no.6 Alexander Zverev in the 2nd round on Wednesday at 6:30 pm on COURT RAINIER III. They have never played each other up to now in top tournaments.
