Stefanos Tsitsipas is currently in Monte Carlo, where he is starting his clay-court season. The word of the number five had a great run at the last French Open after he reached the semi-finals. Eventually, Stefanos lost to Novak Djokovic in five sets, and he definitely had the opportunity to challenge Rafael Nadal in the final.

This year, the Greek sensation will be among the top favorites to win the upcoming Roland Garros after Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic.

During a recent interview, Stefanos Tsitsipas talked about his immediate targets. He stated:

“I’m fighting for the Race to Turin. I’m trying to make as many points as possible. I need to be playing a lot of tournaments before Roland Garros. Clay is a surface that I love to play and explore my game.”

Stefanos will start his campaign at the ATP 1000 in Monte Carlo against either the Italian Lorenzo Musetti or the Russian Aslan Karatsev.
