Sonego won the title in Sardinia after playing an incredible tournament, winning the last 3 matches in tough 3-setters. Musetti reached the quarters after upsetting the seed no.1 Daniel Evans after saving 4 match points. Eventually, he had to surrender to Laslo Djere in 3 sets.

Lorenzo Sonego, Lorenzo Musetti, and Jannik Sinner have all achieved a career-high rank. Sinner gained 1 place to be the new world no.22 after Christian Garin lost some positions. Berrettini, Fognini, Sinner, Musetti, and Sonego are all going to play in Monte Carlo, hoping to have a deep run and further their rankings. Berrettini has a bye in the second round to face either Alejandro Davidovich Fokina or Alex De Minaur. Fognini will face Miomir Kecmanovic. Sonego will be opposed to Marton Fucsovic. Jannik Sinner will play against Albert Ramos Vinolas, and Lorenzo Musetti will clash against Aslan Karatsev.
