Nadal back in Monte Carlo while Auger-Aliassime welcomes his uncle Toni in his coaching team

Felix and Rafa are both in Monte Carlo, but the Canadian has uncle Toni on his side.

Things are getting a bit weird between Rafael Nadal and Felix Auger Aliassime. Obviously, the King of Clay and the young Canadian are on great terms. However, it’s quite uncanny to see that Rafa and Felix are in Monte Carlo and Uncle Toni is coaching the 20 years old instead of siding with his nephew like it used to be for many years and with so much success.

Nadal posted a nice picture of him hitting in Monte Carlo, saying that he is extremely pleased about being back to the Principality where he won the title 11 times.

In the meantime, also Felix posted a picture with Uncle Toni welcoming the Spaniard on board. Toni revealed that if Felix clashes with Rafa, he will not be in the box for the respect of both players. It sounds all very weird, but so is life.
