Lorenzo Musetti is back in Italy after a fantastic run in the Americas. The upcoming Italian reached the semi-finals in Acapulco before getting to the third round in Miami, where he lost to Marin Cilic.
Lorenzo is now in Sardinia, where he is about to start his tournament in Cagliari. The 19 years old will face Dennis Novak in the first round before possibly clash against Daniel Evans in the second. Musetti will be ranked the number 90 from next Monday. This will be his best ranking.

Now ranked no.94 (career-high), Lorenzo played his last match on the 29th of March when he lost to world no.45 Marin Cilic 6-3 6-4 in the 3rd round in Miami (draw).
At the moment, during this season Lorenzo has managed to achieve a 18-8 record. Lorenzo Musetti’s best result of the current year was getting to the final in the Antalya Challenger and the Biella 2 Challenger.
