Jannik Sinner is about to start his campaign at the Miami Open, where he will face Hugo Gaston in the second round on Friday. The Italian sensation is a constant danger for everyone on tour. In a recent interview, he revealed how happy he is about his progress also to discuss Lorenzo Musetti.
Sinner about his experience
Jannik is craving for gaining more and more experience on tour. He has already played 5 tournaments in 2021 with the main intent of improving. During a recent interview, Sinner commented:
“Obviously, I have to improve everything, but now I am starting to know a little bit how everything is working. I’m very happy with every progress we are doing.
I have a great team behind me. They know how to make a tough life for me, so you always have to find a solution, how to react to every single thing.
I would say this is for me the most important thing: trying to solve the problems I have on court and focusing day after day to improve.”
About Musetti
Then Jannik talked about Musetti. He has always stated that the difference between them is that Lorenzo has his talent as his main weapon while Jannik is using his focus to win matches.
“Everyone is different, has different styles, so I think that’s very exciting. Musetti is a big, big talent. He can do everything with the ball already, so he’s already physically strong. I think he’s a great player like Sonego as well. He’s serving big and going for shots. I’m excited for Italian tennis and I think everyone can do well in every tournament.”
