Naomi Osaka is currently in the US to get ready for the Miami Open. In the meantime, the world no.2 keeps on receiving recognitions and Glamour UK celebrated her as the winner of the Sports Gamechanger award.
Talking with the prestigious Magazine, Naomi discussed her confidence and that she doesn’t feel different from what she used to be before her great success; she is very happy with the results. Naomi said:
“But I do feel more confident and prouder of myself that all of my hard work starting from the age of three paid off. I think the moment you win a Grand Slam, there is more pressure on you to perform so that is challenging, but I’m always excited to walk into those high-pressure matches knowing I can prove myself time after time.”
