The main draw in Charleston is expected to feature many top players this year

Garbine Muguruza, Cori Gauff, Jessica Pegula and Sofia Kenin are among the most interesting players that are going to be part of the main draw in the WTA500 event Charleston. The tournament will also have the presence of the world no.1 Ashleigh Barty that is notoriously reluctant to playing outside Australia during the current pandemic.

The event will be staged from the 5th of April and it wasn’t played last year because of the pandemic. The defending champion is Madison Keys that in 2019 defeated Caroline Wozniacki 7-65 6-3.
