LIVE RANKINGS. Medvedev snatches world no.2 from Nadal. Jannik Sinner at career high

Daniil Medvedev and Jannik Sinner are reaching new heights in the live rankings.

Rafael Nadal And Daniil Medvedev

Daniil Medvedev becomes the first man to be a world no.2 outside the big4 since 2005 after surpassing Rafael Nadal in the live Rankings. Jannik Sinner also is on his way up in the live rankings to go up 3 places and be the new world no.31 while he had a world no.32 career-high rank.

Since Rafael Nadal is not playing any tournament this week, Daniil is sure that he will be no.2 also when the official rankings are out next Monday. Sinner is in a different situation since Taylor Fritz and Filip Krajinovic are still playing in Doha and they can overtake the Italian sensation this week if they go deep in the tournament.
