Eugenie Bouchard and Olga Danilovic had an interesting week together in Lyon. Both lost in their opener in France (singles), but they had a glorious run in doubles after they decided to play together. Bouchard and Danilovic reached the final before losing to Kuzmova and Rus 3-6 7-5 10-7.

Soon after the match, Genie got a flight to Guadalajara where she will play against Caroline Dolehide. Bouchard will also play double in Guadalajara with Coco Vandeweghe.
