Andy Murray Lost To Rublev In Rotterdam

Andy Murray is still trying to find his best form after his hip operation. Andy lost to Andrey Rublev 7-5 6-2 in the 2nd round in Rotterdam after he played an excellent 1st set. The former world no.1 missed 2 crucial breakpoints in the opener before losing the first set. The second set was a bit smoother for his opponent, but still, Murray put up a good fight. The match lasted 1 hour and 34 minutes.

The schedule

There is not time to recriminate for Andy Murray that set his next schedule. According to Brit, he will rest for 1 week before trying to play in Dubai and in Miami.

Andy commented: “I want to play as much as I can but also bearing in mind I have to be smart with the decisions about which tournaments to play. I’ll have next week off and then hopefully be able to play in Dubai and Miami and then see from there.

There’s the option to play the full clay court swing or drop down and play Challengers to get more matches. I feel I want to be playing at this level.”
