Naomi Osaka has already played a won 3 slams finals and she knows pretty well what it takes to get there and be successful. During a recent interview with Pure Wow, the Japanese sensation admitted that she often struggles to sleep before playing a slam final as her mind spins too much around the event.
Eventually, the solution is always to call her family to have some comfort and get some sleep.
“Going into Slam finals is definitely the worst. You can’t really sleep at night and you tend to overthink everything until the last minute. When that happens, I usually call my family, and they calm me down. Then, I go onto the court and hope for the best,” revealed Naomi.
