Bernard Tomic may face 3 years in jail!!!

Bad news for Tomic. The upcoming Australian tennis star may face up to 3 years in jail and a fine of 20.000$

Tomic was driving his V8 BMW M3 in Broadbeach. The 19 years old in theory could not drive such a powerful car, but he obtained a special permission to drive this car to and from tennis.

On the January 26th he was pulled over and fined twice in less then 2 hours. When he was about to be stopped for a third time by the police, he just drove to his parent’s house and barricaded himself inside.

‘There is a determination to be made about conditions in relation to his driving that will be decided at a later time,’ Inspector Glen Allen told the reporters.

‘Their options are to make a complaint to the Crime and Misconduct Commission or the Ethical Standards Command,’ he said.

‘What I’ve seen so far I can’t see that Bernard’s done anything wrong,’ his top lawyer Mr Nyst told the Nine network. ‘We’re talking about a teenager who’s been alleged to have done the most minor of traffic infringements,’ he said.

Tomic says he’s being singled out by police. “They’ve given me three tickets and one officer feels like he wants to get me and it’s not a good feeling.”

Tomic may face 3 years, but we hope to see him winning at least a slam during the next 3 years!!!
